Individual Therapy

individual psychotherapy

Individual Therapy :When speaking of individual therapy we refer to in-depth discussions between the patient and therapist. The aim of individual therapy is to help the patient to contemplate the various difficulties and problems he/she may be facing, issues that may concern them but also to find solutions to these problems. The point is to realise the problems exist, manage them and then solve the various inner conflicts which are possibly causing the patient distress and discomfort. Through this process the patient learns his actual self.
